William Richert writes and directs this satirical thriller based on the novel by Richard Condon. 19 years after his half-brother, the President of the United States, was assassinated, Nick Kegan (Jeff Bridges) is working in the China Seas as part of his tycoon father (John Huston)'s oil drilling operation.
