All 24 episodes from the first four series of the ITV medical drama. Young junior doctor Ruby Walker (Amrita Acharia) moves to India after becoming disillusioned with her life in the UK. There she begins working at The Good Karma Hospital under the tutelage of fellow English expat Dr Lydia Fonseca (Amanda Redman) who runs the institution.
However, Ruby finds herself faced with working long hours in the understaffed and undermanned hospital and begins to question her decision to leave her job in the NHS back in the UK. After a challenging first day Ruby considers quitting but Lydia convinces her to stay. Will she be able to work things out long-term at The Good Karma Hospital?
