William Peter Blatty writes and directs this supernatural horror sequel based on his novel 'Legion'. 15 years after Father Damien Karras (Jason Miller) died during the exorcism of Regan MacNeil, his friend Lieutenant William Kinderman (George C. Scott) is troubled by a series of mysterious murders.
They are eerily reminiscent of those committed by the Gemini Killer who was executed on the night Karras died. Amidst fears that the Gemini Killer's spirit has possessed the current murderer, Kinderman uncovers a series of troubling connections to Regan MacNeil's exorcism years before.
