Action horror directed by Nico Mastorakis. A mad scientist (Brion James) paralyses a town and then contaminates the water supply with a mind-altering acid which turns the inhabitants into murder-crazed maniacs. When the local sherriff (George Kennedy) and his deputy (Kimberly Beck), run into an ex-cop (Bo Hopkins) and tourist (Wings Hauser), seemingly the only sane people left in town, they unite to get to the source of the madness.
With no way of communicating with the outside world, and an unknown agency operating in the background, the team are forced to fight their way out if they are to have any hope of survival.
