After a series of killings in the tall grasses of an abandoned subdivision, the local police send PO2 Bong and PI Roman to investigate. Bong is forced to reassess his disbelief in ghosts when he encounters a group conducting a spirit quest trying to exhume the remains of the killer. They turn out to be the children of a group who had once banded together to kill a hired assassin. A mysterious figure further complicates the investigation, holding the key to the origin of the ghost killer.
