Chuck Norris stars in this action thriller directed by Joseph Zito. A group of mercenaries led by Soviet terrorist Mikhail Rostov (Richard Lynch) cause chaos in Florida but this is only the beginning of their plans. Only one man can stop them from launching a full-scale invasion of America: former CIA agent Matt Hunter (Norris).
