Horror sequel directed by James Isaac. After finally catching serial killer Max Jenke (Brion James), Detective Lucas McCarthy (Lance Henriksen) is given the chance to watch his electric chair execution. However, having made a deal with the Devil prior to his execution, Max is able to come back from the dead and target Lucas once more as he attempts to frame him for a series of brutal murders he didn't commit.
