All five serials from the ninth season of the classic BBC sci-fi adventure drama starring Jon Pertwee as the legendary Time Lord. In this collection, the Doctor and Jo (Katy Manning) must avert a war which will bring Earth under the dominion of the Daleks and the ferocious Ogrons. They then travel to the planet Peladon, arriving during a conference determining whether or not Peladon should join the Galactic Federation, and discover that someone is attempting to use the legendary royal beast Aggedor to start a war.

Next they encounter the Master (Roger Delgado) again and discover that he is working with the Sea Devils to conquer Earth. Later, Jo and the Doctor are sent on a mission to the planet Solos where they become embroiled in the native population's struggle for survival as a despot seeks to annihilate them. Finally, the Master returns, seeking the power of Kronos, a being who exists outside of time and space.

The serials are: 'Day of the Daleks, 'The Curse of Peladon', 'The Sea Devils', 'The Mutants' and 'The Time Monster'.
