Amelia Anderson is an ambitious student who is finishing her Sociology Studies. During a lecture she meets Nicholas Hallberg, a wealthy tech entrepreneur who wants to better the world. He presents his latest project: a low budget submarine that can move around the world without the use of fossil fuels. Amelia wants to investigate what long term loneliness can do to a person on a social psychological level.
