• Australia wide delivery via Fastway or Australia Post depending on the item purchased and your location.
  • Please provide a contact phone number (preferably during work hours) in case we need to contact you regarding your delivery.
  • Every item is quality checked prior to sending to our customers.
  • We pack all products personally. We do not use drop shippers or third party distribution centres.
  • We ship as soon as possible, usually everyday except weekends and public holidays.
  • Sometimes breakages and damage can occur to products in transit. If your item arrives damaged please let us know within 24 hours so we can help to find a solution. Either a refund or a replacement will be offered if the goods arrive damaged. All shipping costs will be refunded in this situation.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind.
  • We are happy to exchange products for change of mind however please note that the customer must pay for shipping costs for change of mind purchases and returned items.
