When Mika (Hannah Höppner) learns that her grandmother's stables are struggling financially and they are looking to sell stallion Windstorm she objects in the strongest possible way. With no other alternative Mika agrees to compete in a dressage competition with Windstorm in the hopes of winning the prize and using the funds to save her grandmother's business.
However, having never competed in dressage before Mika has a lot to learn in a short space of time.
