Five-part BBC drama starring Michelle Keegan as a young woman in the British Army. This series follows experienced medic Lance Corporal Georgie Lane (Keegan) as she undertakes a six-week humanitarian mission in Nairobi, Kenya with her company Two Section, headed by Captain James (Ben Aldridge). After an IED explodes near a refugee camp, Georgie is forced to put her skills into action right away before more dangers present themselves.
On her tour, Georgie tries to come to terms with her recent failed engagement and ponders her promise to marry her new fiancé Dr. Jamie Cole (Royce Pierreson) when she returns from her tour.
