A man with a past fights for the right to love in this thrilling drama from a long gone era. In Convict's Code (1939) Dave Tyler (Robert Kent) is being released from prison after serving three years for a crime he didn't commit. His plan is to find the people responsible for framing him. It won't be easy because any parole violation could send him back to the penitentiary. To complicate matters, he has fallen in love with a woman (Anne Nagel) whose brother may have set him up.
