Amy Poehler and Phyllis Smith reprise their roles in this animated sequel from Disney/Pixar. When Riley (voice of Kensington Tallman) turns 13, her core emotions - Joy (Poehler), Sadness (Smith), Fear (Tony Hale), Anger (Lewis Black) and Disgust (Liza Lapira) - are thrown into chaos by the arrival of four new emotions. Envy (Ayo Edebiri), Ennui (Adèle Exarchopoulos) and Embarrassment (Paul Walter Hauser) enter Headquarters led by Anxiety (Maya Hawke), who brings stress and disruption into Riley's life.
When Riley attends a hockey skills camp, the escalating clash between Joy and Anxiety leads to the imprisonment of Riley's original emotions. As Riley loses her sense of self, can the five emotions escape their confinement and prevent Anxiety from overwhelming Riley? The voice cast also includes Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan.
