Beyond re-animator Brian Yuzna directs this horror starring Jeffrey Combs as Dr. Herbert West, a criminal serving a prison sentence for the Miskatonic University Massacre 14 years ago. To pass the time, West conducts experiments on the dead rats in his cell.
These experiments are interrupted by the arrival of Howard Phillips (Jason Barry), the new prison doctor who has a gruesome connection to Dr. West.
Bride of Re-Animator Sci-fi horror sequel in which the mad inventor who unleashed a plague of zombies in 'Re-Animator' (1985) returns to play God again, bringing the dead back to life and reanimating all manner of random body parts. This time Doctors West and Cain (Jeffrey Combs and Bruce Abbott) make some startling discoveries while on medical duty in a South American war zone and return home with plans to create the perfect woman. Once again West's creation seems to lack the milk of human kindness, and soon turns on its deranged creator.
