Eric Radomski and Bruce Timm co-direct this animated adventure featuring the voice talents of Kevin Conroy, Dana Delany and Mark Hamill. Bruce Wayne (Conroy) faces a crossroads in his life, unsure whether to seek justice by avenging his parents' deaths or to attempt to move on and enjoy his new romance with Andrea Beaumont (Delany). With crime unravelling out of control in Gotham City, Wayne takes matters into his own hands, becoming the masked vigilante, Batman.
However, when another masked vigilante known only as the Phantasm begins pursuing Gotham's most dangerous criminals and is mistaken for Batman, Batman must find out who is behind the mask of the Phantasm.
