Ralph Fiennes, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Jodie Comer star in this third instalment of the post-apocalyptic horror franchise directed by Danny Boyle. Decades after the Rage Virus devastated the country, a group of survivors live on a small island connected to the mainland by a single barricaded causeway. Jamie (Taylor-Johnson) takes his 12-year-old son Spike (Alfie Williams) with him to the mainland to teach him how to kill the infected but when Spike hears rumours of a doctor living on the mainland, he breaks all the rules of his community to find him in the hope that he can help Isla (Comer), his sick mother, to recover.
The cast also includes Jack O'Connell, Erin Kellyman and Edvin Ryding.
