Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jeff Goldblum and Jonathan Bailey star in this big screen adaptation of the stage musical by Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman. Following the first act of the musical, the story follows the journey of Elphaba Thropp (Erivo) as she sets out on the path that leads her to becoming the Wicked Witch of the West. Through her friendship with the positive and upbeat Glinda (Grande), she navigates her way through Shiz University as she tries to hone her magic skills.
The cast also includes Michelle Yeoh, Andy Nyman and the voice of Peter Dinklage.
