'Going My Way' is a new group led by bassist Tammy Imai, who has been active around Yokohama and Yokosuka since the dawn of Japanese rock music.
Tammy Imai is a legendary bassist in Yokohama and a 'nice guy' who is loved by many young musicians. About six years ago, while continuing to work with his longtime ally, Lee Su Fu of Yokohama Chinatown, he began to develop the idea of a new band of his own. The new group is also led by Masaki Tanaka, the new band's guitarist, with Rie Itabashi, who is 100% in line with the band's vision, as vocalist, and Mamoru Moriya, whose name is recognized for his session work around Yokohama, as drummer.
