US action drama starring Gary Busey. Vietnam War veteran Buck Matthews (Busey) has just been released from prison and is looking forward to a fresh start with his wife, Christie (Denise Galik) and their young daughter, Jennifer (Judith Barsi). His hometown is being plagued by members of a large motorcycle gang and, when Buck intervenes in their assault of a nurse, the gang's leader, Blade (William Smith) swears retribution.
The gang begin terrorising Buck and his family but the corrupt Sheriff (Seymour Cassel) refuses to intervene, forcing Buck to take the law into his own hands.
