Double bill of Japanese horror thrillers directed by Banmei Takahashi. In 'Door' (1988) Yasuko Honda (Keiko Takahashi) lives in a high-rise apartment with her overworked and often absent husband and their young son and she is frequently bothered by salesmen. When one tries to force his pamphlet on her, she slams the door on his fingers, which causes him to begin terrorising her.
As his behaviour escalates to violence, Yasuko fears for the safety of both herself and her son. In 'Door 2' (1991) call girl Ai (Chikako Aoyama) goes from one hotel room to another, meeting new clients every night and never knowing what will happen to her once she steps through the door. While most of her clients are harmless, some are decidedly not...
