Paul Hogan and Linda Kozlowski star in this remastered, restored and recut version of the Australian action comedy directed by Peter Faiman. Journalist Sue Charlton (Kozlowski) travels from New York City to Walkabout Creek in Australia to meet bushman Mick 'Crocodile' Dundee (Hogan) after hearing incredible stories about his exploits. Unfortunately she is less than impressed at first, until she sees him in action and he later saves her from a large crocodile.
Hoping to get to know him better, she invites him to return with her to New York where he is bemused by city life. As the two grow closer, can they bridge the cultural divide between them and find happiness together?
