Paul Rudd and Jack Black star in this comedy adventure directed by Tom Gormican. Childhood friends Doug (Black), Griff (Rudd), Kenny (Steve Zahn) and Claire (Thandiwe Newton) have always wanted to travel to the Amazon and film an amateur remake of 'Anaconda' (1997). When they finally get the opportunity to realise their dream, the line between fiction and reality blurs as they are terrorised by a real giant anaconda and must fight for their lives.
